Inclusive: Daily yoga sessions should you like to join in early bird meditation 6.30am followed by kundalini kath Yoga a fusion of both Hatha and Kundalini yoga start followed later with a fresh healthy a la carte breakfast fit only for Gods and Goddesses.
We have our own personal driver available to take us as a group to different locations and also for us as individuals if you decide you want to just go off and do a little exploring on your own.
We will also have a massage therapist calling in daily. Included is a 60min full body massage.
Should you decide you would like to have more than one treatment. It is $20 NZ per 60mins $30 NZ for 90mins or maybe you would prefer reflexology which can also be arranged?
