Upper body; Head, Neck, shoulders and upper back

Course Dates; Day 2 - June

Friday 9-11.30am lunch break 1.30-4.30pm

More in-depth knowledge and techniques specific to the head, neck, shoulder, arms and collar bone.

  • How to hold and turn the head and position the head to access the neck.

  • Find the pressure points to release the fascia (soft tissue towards the surface of the body).

  • Learning the common areas of tension and problems that occur around the shoulder area - where the pressure points are and how to release through applying the right amount of pressure.

  • Gather some understanding of the anatomy of the general shoulder area.

  • Learn how to use any props or adjust your person into different positions to access all the muscle groups around the ball of the shoulder.
